Most of our projects fall within a 35 km radius — close enough for site surveys, installation supervision, and aftercare visits without excessive travel surcharges. If you are outside our core zone, our remote design package may still work for you.

Survey fees are credited toward any design package above €890. No travel charge for showroom visits at Via Tortona 31.

Navigli and Tortona: Narrow loggias, strict administrator rules on visible items, high demand for fold-away furniture. We have completed 40+ projects in this zone alone.
Brera and Porta Venezia: Historic buildings with load limits and visual impact requirements. We prepare documentation in Italian for assemblee condominiali.
CityLife and Porta Nuova: Modern towers with wind exposure on upper floors. We specify wind-rated awnings and weighted planters as standard.
Isola and Garibaldi: Mix of new construction and converted industrial spaces. Rooftop terraces with crane access requirements.
Brianza hinterland: Larger terrazze, often with generous budgets. Full furnishing packages and outdoor kitchen modules are common here.
Outside our area?
For clients in Como, Bergamo, or beyond Lombardy, we offer the remote design package (€650). You provide measurements, photos, and administrator rules; we deliver layout, specification, and a shopping list. Procurement and phone support available at €185/hour.
