Since 2014 we have completed over 340 balcony and terrace projects. Each one faced different constraints: a strict administrator in Brera, a wind-exposed corner in CityLife, a family of five who needed dining and play space on 14 m². Below are six representative projects from the past two years.
A narrow loggia used as bicycle storage. We installed a wall-mounted fold-down table in powder-coated aluminium, two stackable stools, and three railing planters with drip irrigation. Administrator approved the planter brackets on first submission because load calculations were included.
Third-floor terrace overlooking internal courtyard. Modular lounge in olive-toned Sunbrella fabric, six-seat dining set, retractable awning, and low-voltage perimeter lighting on a timer. Porcelain decking over existing waterproof membrane.
High-altitude corner balcony with sustained wind exposure. Weighted planter bases, low-profile furniture, and a wind-rated cantilever umbrella (80 km/h). Vertical herb garden on the sheltered wall.
Client wanted privacy from neighbouring towers without blocking light. Staggered bamboo planters on aluminium frames, frosted glass panel at railing height, and a compact bistro set. Green wall on the north-facing wall.
Rooftop with crane access required for delivery. Full zoning: eight-seat dining, lounge corner, outdoor kitchen module, pergola with retractable canopy, and 12 m² of porcelain decking. Project coordinator managed weekend lift booking.
No usable floor space — full-width doors to a decorative railing. Railing-mounted trough planters with rosemary, sage, and trailing nasturtium. Fold-out potting shelf for maintenance. Remote design package with client-supplied measurements.
